A QATARI COMPANY SELLS THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE CENTRE FOR €465 MILLION

Qatar-based Barwa Real Estate Company has just sold the international conference centre, located in Paris at 19, avenue Kléber (16^th), to “a strategic investor” for €456 million. This prestigious complex was acquired, last April, for €404 million from the Government. Barwa Real Estate Company’s project had been to transform this complex into shops and apartments.
